WHAT WE DO
The Philippine Nurses Association of Oregon and Washington’s mission is to engage in charitable activities that will promote unity among Filipino American nurses in Oregon and Washington. We do this by engaging, strengthening and uniting.

PNAOW engages in charitable activities. Through the years, we have always made international outreach programs its priority. Our hearts have the passion to care by bringing free clinics, feeding programs and relief missions.
— We Strengthen
As an organization, PNAOW strengthens each member by fostering and advocating each other’s professional growth. We do this by offering academic scholarships, creating Continuing Education events and attending PNAA conferences.
— We Unite
We unite as one organization to do our goals. PNAOW does occasional meetups for fundraising activities and simply for catching up. We are not just acquaintances, but we are a family as well.
WHAT WE CARE FOR!
The Philippine Nurses Association of Oregon and Washington’s International Outreach Program has a history of helping to feed and care for people in far reaching places all over the globe. It’s a real pleasure to be able to help people in these far reaching places.

2013 Medical Mission in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija
On March, 2013, our group was hosted by the generosity of Dr. and Dra. Ronald Esteban in Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija.
2013 Relief Mission in Nazareth Orphanage
The day after our relief mission, we also visited the under construction-Nazareth Orphanage in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija and brought 145 packed lunch for the children.
2008 Medical Mission in Imugan, Nueva Vizcaya
In February 2008, some of the members from the Philippine Nurses Association of Oregon & Washington chapter traveled to Imugan, Nueva Viscaya in the Philippines to perform a medical mission.
